15 minutes — Simple needs
A straightforward medication refill or simple question about a single lab result that requires minimal review.

30 minutes — Most medical concerns
The right choice for most new symptoms, medication questions, focused medical concerns, or review of several related results.

60 minutes — Complex concerns
Multiple concerns, complicated medical histories, extensive records or labs, or a detailed second opinion.

A note about appointment length

Your Quick Consult time reflects the total physician time devoted to your concern, not necessarily only the time we spend talking together. Depending on what you need, I may use part of that time before or after our conversation to review records or results, research a question, develop recommendations, prescribe medications, or coordinate next steps.
