Quick Consults are short, targeted appointments designed to address straightforward, single-issue concerns. These visits are ideal if you don’t need ongoing care but would like expert guidance on a specific problem.

Examples of concerns appropriate for a Quick Consult include menopause care (including estrogen and testosterone hormone replacement therapy), testosterone replacement for men, prescription refills, lab result interpretation, and second opinions on an existing treatment plan.

Depending on the complexity of your concern, Quick Consults are offered in 15-60 minute formats. You’ll receive a recommended visit length and pricing based on your answers to a brief triage tool at booking.

Visits are available virtually or in-person, depending on the nature of the concern.

If we decide together that ongoing care would be helpful, I’ll walk you through membership options — but there’s no expectation to continue.
