How Ongoing Care Works

  • A 60–90 minute deep dive to understand your history, goals, and current concerns. All ongoing care begins with a comprehensive initial consultation so we can build your care plan thoughtfully.

  • For continued access and scheduled follow-ups.

  • Follow-ups, messaging, and plan adjustments as needed.

Initial Consultation

  • One-time visit: $515

  • 75–90 minutes

  • Detailed review of symptoms, labs, lifestyle, and history

  • Creation of a personalized care plan

    This visit is required for all ongoing care plans and is not a membership itself.

  • Urgent or emergency care

  • One-off advice without an established relationship
